Abstract and sometimes atonal, this does what it says on the tin. well, almost. This was a soundcheck for a different piece of music, and the tonal pallette just being shaped for future use later that same week. Interstingly enough, the proposed piece was abandoned, but the 'soundcheck' was kept as it seemed to have a quality of its own that was eerie and other worldly. Why 1970? Because it sounds perhaps like a soundcheck from that year. Or maybe not.
